This European Week of Regions and Cities workshop will discuss ways of making inter-regional and strategic cluster collaboration work for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), based on the example of advanced manufacturing. These studies will present lessons learned, including from the Smart Specialisation Platform for Industrial Modernisation, Strategic Cluster Partnerships, Technology Centres and SMEs.
