The Business Faculty of Mondragon University is organising the 27^th Annual RESER Conference from 7^th to 9^th September 2017, in Bilbao, Spain. This year’s topic is "The crucial role of services in business and cities competitiveness". The 2017 conference wants to open a reflection in two directions. On one hand, it aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners to think about the particular features of the service sector. On the other hand, it intends to spark a lively discussion about the contribution of Bilbao to the development of the sector. The MEMAN project will be presented during the conference.
